Going back in time...

Flash back to December 11, 2010
It was a Saturday morning and I hadn't been feeling the best the last couple of days, was I coming down with something or was I pregnant?   We'd been trying for months to have a baby, but month after month we were faced with negative results.  We just kept telling each other it was in God's hands and all part of his plan of when he was going to bless us with a child.

Nathan’s alarm was going off because he had to work so I'm guessing that's why I was wide awake, so I decided to get up and take yet another test.....thinking to myself maybe this is our month.  To my surprise the test came back “positive” I couldn’t believe it, I just kept staring at it!  As I headed back to bed I told Nathan that we needed to talk, I love saying those words to him, it always freaks him out!  He said "WHY"?  All I could say was "we have problem!"  By this time he was wide awake, asking “What”?  Then he asked “did you take another test” and all I could say was “YES” with a big smile on my face I'm sure!  We were both pretty excited yet it was so unreal!

As Nathan headed off to work I got up and did my normal Saturday routine....cleaning the house, doing laundry and any other odds and ends that needed to be done!  I was supposed to meet Brandie for lunch and a massage but due to the snowy weather Brandie called me and said she couldn’t make it!  I didn’t know what to do with the rest of my day........that was until Ang called me and asked if I wanted to meet her and Carson at the mall to do some shopping while they were in town......I said "sure"!

So I met them at the mall and we did some shopping and then grabbed some lunch at Applebee’s, Ang and Carson headed home due to the weather not getting any better and before I headed home myself I stopped by Barnes & Nobles and picked up the book “What to Expect when you’re Expecting”.  I started reading it right when I got home as it was all very interesting and very educational to me, remember this this experience is all new to me!
