Mall fun....

On Saturday we headed to the Crossroads Mall play center so the kids could run and play and I must say I think they all had fun, even lil' Weston even though I realize now I never got a picture of the cute little guys trying to keep up with his older brother and older cousin!

 

Onto more "indoor" fun till Spring hits, please hurry up!

 



Just a week ago...

It was just a week ago we had a sick little girl...
What can you do with a little girl who doesn't feel 100%?

 

we did some finger painting....

helped Daddy's vacuum the steps....

 

with her own lil' vacuum of course....

 

starting eating EVERY single meal in a big girl chair.

No more highchair or boost chair for this "BIG" girl!

And we did lots of treatments....



 

I think we're finally over that nasty RSV. 

 

 

 

Daddy's New Toy....

A couple weekends ago Nathan went out and bought himself a guitar,
Daddy's new toy!  And just lately Natalie thinks she needs to "help" him every time he gets it out!

 

 

She is either going to either be Daddy's little helper or part of his audience.

 

17 months old

Today Natalie is another month older.....17 months to be exact!

What started out as a nice calm day of going to church.....

and hanging out at home during the day - relaxing as a family.....
enjoying the day together with the smell of beef stew in the crock pot quickly took a turn for the worst when Natalie woke up from her afternoon nap with a very high temp.  She has been fighting (what I thought was a nice winter cold of coughing and runny nose) for the last couple of days but when she woke up with the high temp we took off for Urgent Care.

you can tell this poor little girl not 100%! 

And after 2 1/2 hrs and many tests they told us she had RSV
and sent us home with a nebulizer an orders to give her treatments
every 4-6 hours for the next week.

Not the way we wanted to end our fun day with our 17 month old
but I'm glad we decided to take her in so we could find out exactly what is wrong with her and get her the correct treatment/medicine.

Hopefully Natalie is back to her fun loving self very soon!

PJ Day/Teddy Bear Parade

On Friday at Natalie's daycare it was PJ Day/Teddy Bear Parade,

so she got to wear some fun pj's to daycare

and take her favorite teddy bear with her.....aka pink kitty.

 

Then at 9:00 a.m. they had this cute little parade throughout the daycare....

It's so fun seeing Natalie having a good time at daycare making memories

with her friends (boys) and her teachers, which she loves!

As I'm trying to teach Natalie how to fold laundry (thought I should start early with her) this is what Nathan and Natalie do with the laundry basket...

 

Lord help me with these two "kids"!

Happy Birthday Grandma Sents....

This past Saturday night we traveled to Aplington to help Grandma Sents celebrate her birthday, I know she always enjoys getting together with the family and since her birthday was on Saturday it worked out great! 

 

I was so bummed that I had my camera on the wrong setting,

at least I noticed it before the night was over.

 Give the kids a couple boxes and they are happy :)
